Brandon Sutherland
Born in Yorkshire, Brandon is a choreographer, performer, teacher and creative based in Barnet. A self-confessed Beyoncé obsessive, he studied dance at Middlesex University works in schools in Barnet and runs his own dance company focussing on creating art, and showcasing representation, diversity, looking into underrepresented stories and exploring struggles with mental health in a way to bring awareness.
What does your identity mean to you?
My identity is multifaceted, I like to see myself as ever evolving, never one thing but everything. I am proud of the person I am, but also am self aware with myself, my identity is knowing myself inside and out, yet still being excited to find out more.
