Elliott
Married to his husband, who heβs been with for 13 years, Elliott enjoys playing tennis (badly), Morris dancing, reading sci-fi and fantasy, and tucking into some cheese and wine. He can even recall a fond memory of falling into the river Thames, dressed in a pantomime horse. He likes to think about the future and how we might leave a better world for everyone who comes after us.
What does your identity mean to you?
Itβs what you feel, what you think, what you know and what you learn – itβs something weβre exploring throughout our whole lives, not something set in stone and known perfectly from the start. Discovering things in common with other peopleβs identities can be a great joy, as can learning from the differences that make everyone so interesting. Identity is something we should actively embrace about each other – not just tolerate.
