What does your identity mean to you?
I think people from our community struggle with showing our identity, because so often we’re told to hide it. It’s something I’ve worked on so that I can be my authentic self at all times. I’m a cis white gay man but I wholly believe in utilising your privilege to amplify the voices of others. I’m so lucky to have met some incredible people through this community, and playing LGBT+ football. My identity has ultimately given me opportunities and taken my life in such a different direction.
