Pippa Dale
After wrongly finding herself in the financial industry, and saddened that her peer group had not created a workplace which is diverse or fair to women let alone fair to the ‘other’, Pippa now campaigns for equality in all its forms and finds herself becoming more militant as she gets older, oh, and won a silver medal in boxing at the Gay Games in Paris.
She is a founding member of LBTQWomen, and has found engagement across Europe, the Americas and Africa. She orchestrated the LBTQWomen US launch in New York and with the help of an ever growing community of lesbian, bi and trans women was invited to attend the Out and Equal Summit in Seattle.
What does your identity mean to you?
