IDENTITY is a project by βaward-winning British photographer Chris Jepson, exploring what it means to identify as a member of the LGBTQ+ community today.
I am delighted to be working in conjunction with Pride in the Partnership (PiPs) at the John Lewis Partnership to create The Identity Project β JLP Edition, a collection of stories and portraits of the PiPs LGBTQ+ community.
Objective:
βThe Identity Project – JLP Editionβ is a unique photography initiative that seeks to celebrate the diversity within the John Lewis Partnership (JLP) by capturing the portraits and stories of its LGBTQ+ employees. The project aims to spotlight the rich tapestry of identities within the organisation, emphasising the inclusive and supportive environment fostered by JLP.
Project Overview:
Chris Jepson brings over 20+ years of experience in visually capturing and narrating the stories within the LGBTQ+ community, and this collaboration underscores the commitment of JLP to diversity, inclusivity, and corporate support for its LGBTQ+ partners.
Photoshoots coming in winter 2023.
