A yoga, mindfulness and wellbeing trainer specialising in working with LGBTQ, trans and non-binary people, people of colour (PoC) and mental health service users, Josetta is currently focused on researching and promoting equity, diversity and inclusion through training, consultation and doctoral research.

They find being Black, queer, non-binary, intersex, having autism and ADHD, being part of and working with marginalised groups are sources of joy, inspiration and motivation.

Their interest in mental health and wellbeing comes from managing their own mental health difficulties and realising how much yoga, mindfulness and a healthy lifestyle help.

What does your identity mean to you?

Everything! It shapes me and has created the challenges and opportunities which have given me a fabulous life. I feel a deep sense of belonging with my various communities.
