What does your identity mean to you?
Coming from a small town in the south of Italy my sexual identity has been a challenges to accept and express.
I am now openly gay, and I take pride in my identity so that I can be a role model. I teach and research LGBTQ+ issues and mental health and I hope that I can support people through their journeys in understanding their identity and embrace it.
