Adrian Hyyrylainen-Trett
An experienced Inclusion, Diversity & Equality professional in public, private, and political arenas, Adrian has campaigned for same-sex marriage, fully inclusive LGBT+ sex and relationship education and on complex mental health, drug addiction and suicide prevention issues. In 2015 he became the first openly HIV+ parliamentary candidate to stand at a UK General Election and has subsequently stood for Parliament in both the 2017 and 2019 General Elections.
Adrian has Chaired the Pride in London Community Advisory Board and since 2011 has been an advisor to the Metropolitan Police on LGBT+ related hate crime.
