Ralph
Ralph is very happily married to his partner and best friend, Trevor, whom he met by chance 33 years ago on an overtime shift at British Airways. When he’s not working, Ralph spends time developing his latest baking creations or working out at the gym.
What does your identity mean to you?
Coming from a time when being gay was frowned upon and not something to be open about, it is wonderful that I can be myself, with no apologies at Waitrose. In fact, we can celebrate our contribution to the Partnership. I wear my Pride in the Partnership badge at all times. This makes me very happy.
